📋 Description

• Sell the Company's exterior and interior products and services to customers • Travel to customers' homes to make sales calls and assess customer needs • Make tailored product recommendations and develop and negotiate customized price quotes • Present warranty information and financing options • Complete sales contracts and related paperwork • Take measurements using industry-standard methods to meet installation specifications • Prospect for and acquire new customers inside assigned The Home Depot stores and at industry events • Maintain relationships with store management and associates and educate them on HDIS offerings • Attend sales and store team meetings to improve sales techniques and learn about HDIS products • Report to the Sales Manager; position has no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience • Prior home improvement industry experience • Prior experience with successful lead generation • Computer and application skills, including email, iPad, and apps • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry 8–20 pounds • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 5% of the time
