📋 Description

• Assist in determining learner needs by role/content area and contribute to learning solution design • Manage independent learning projects as needed • Build relationships with business, HR, and Learning partners to drive execution • Communicate program and process status to internal stakeholders and client groups • Partner with Design & Development, Technology, Delivery, Learning Strategy, business, and Product teams • Support design, testing, and deployment of Learning Management System functionality, security, and processes • Monitor, measure, and report on learning and development solution effectiveness • Assess learning impact on business and individual performance and create continuous-improvement action plans • Forecast training demand and create scalable approaches for learning execution • Develop, manage, and report on project plans • Create and deploy learning programs and reporting solutions in the Learning Management System • Manage day-to-day operations of learning and development solutions • Manage internal processes, program participation, expenses, and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum education: high school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 4 years of work experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, learning & development, human resource development or related field • Preferred: 2 years in retail industry or Home Depot equivalent • Experience in Learning and Development or related industry • Project Management experience with cross functional teams • Overnight travel typically less than 5% of the time • No leadership experience required • Certifications: None
