📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Perform accurate measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other service programs • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules • Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers • Travel to appointments within a predefined geographic area and support company locations as needed • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Travel between locations required
