📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Technology and Project Management with various areas of the technological environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure top-level customer support and tracking • Manage inventory • Order inventory • Set up and decommission software • Process user adds, moves, and changes • Conduct user audits • Manage and coordinate vendors • Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders • Work with development, support, and sales teams to align on project goals • Resolve open items with vendors or departments within expected SLA • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort with navigating and learning new systems • Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience • Strong customer service skills • Knowledge of basic networking terminology • Comfortable learning new systems and creating documentation • Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to embody Placemakr’s Community Norms
