📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day activities for the Order to Cash (OTC) tower • Partner with internal teams and external business partners to resolve discrepancies and solve problems • Maintain, file, and distribute required internal and external documentation • Work on departmental and strategic projects • Collaborate with project/product managers and cross-functional teams • Support and help develop more junior analysts • Present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders • Gather input and feedback concerning business needs • Execute operational tasks related to delivery of the OTC tower • Interpret data in reports and ledgers • Provide advice and analysis to improve efficiency • Execute month-end and year-end processes • Monitor and work toward KPIs and SLAs • Assist the FBS manager with building and interpreting business analysis • Help prioritize assignments and ensure quality and accuracy • Participate in continuous improvement of financial shared services processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 2 years of work experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and accounting software programs • Understanding of accounting and/or finance principles and practices • Understanding of statistical methodology, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards • Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule in a fast-paced environment • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • Experience with data analytics/data visualization • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative and financial reports • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred • Experience with RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain highly desired
