• Research, identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with external leadership talent of strategic interest to The Home Depot; • Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state, and local laws; • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to remain aware of trends in the global business climate; • Provide strategic, consultative partnership to the executive leadership team and human resources; • Participate in client meetings on active search engagements, conduct executive talent assessments
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Prior experience within a retained search firm or in-house executive recruiting team • Strong executive presence, commercial mindset, and business acumen with the ability to interpret enterprise business strategies • Exceptional critical thinking capabilities and a strategic mindset • Broad cross-functional knowledge across the enterprise • Strong presentation and project management experience • Tech-savvy and AI-forward approach
