📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers building and designing customer- and associate-focused products • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Assist with product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring • Contribute reusable foundational code elements, architectural diagrams and product-related documentation • Develop, test, deploy and maintain software • Develop functional and destructive test suites to enable rapid deployment to production • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable and testable • Collaborate with team members in agile processes • Answer questions from product and engineering teams • Guide junior engineers on modern software development frameworks and lead technical discussions • Identify team gaps and suggest changes to improve productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Extensive experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks • Experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java • Experience with relational or NoSQL database technology • Experience with cloud computing techniques • Experience with CI/CD tools • Experience with modern software design patterns • Experience in effective data modeling with both relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication • Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive and performance tests • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques • Experience with a version control system • Experience designing systems for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security • Exposure to developing technical roadmaps including work estimation, refactoring and modernizing legacy systems • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
