📋 Description

• Lead and coach an assigned contact center team to ensure quality customer interactions and timely delivery of company products and services • Supervise day-to-day contact center operations and activities to achieve performance goals • Monitor associate productivity, service levels, transaction handling, scheduling, and customer needs • Recruit, hire, train, manage, evaluate, mentor, and provide corrective action for customer service associates • Maintain direct-report statistics, analyze department results, troubleshoot operational problems, and complete team reports • Partner with contact center managers to identify operational improvements and efficiency opportunities • Analyze escalated problems, guide direct reports in resolving issues, and handle complex customer transactions • Answer front-line customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction • Directly supervise 6+ reports; report to the Contact Center Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) • 1+ year of previous leadership experience • Minimum 1 year of work experience
