📋 Description

• Lead and coach an assigned contact center team to assure quality customer interactions and retain customer relationships • Directly organize and supervise day-to-day contact center operations to achieve performance goals • Monitor associate productivity and service levels, ensure proper scheduling, and execute management strategies and objectives • Train, coach, develop and manage team performance • Conduct evaluations, mentoring, corrective action and hiring for direct reports • Maintain statistics for direct reports, analyze department results and complete team reports • Troubleshoot operational problems and identify contact center efficiency improvements • Identify and analyze escalated problems and guide direct reports toward resolution • Serve as escalation point for complex customer transactions and ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction • Answer frontline customer inquiries • Report to the Contact Center Manager and supervise 6+ direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of Tableau • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Working knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., IBM Kenexa, PeopleFluent, Tesseract) • 1+ year of previous leadership experience • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to supervise, recruit, hire, train, coach and manage customer service associates • Ability to analyze department results, troubleshoot operational problems and complete team reports • Ability to resolve complex customer issues
