📋 Description

• Engage and support customers online, in home, and in the store virtually • Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling and visual merchandising presentations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during sales and product inquiry transactions • Qualify new millwork customers • Design and customize doors and windows according to customer needs • Create quotes for new millwork projects and obtain payment • Effectively hand off PRO customers • Ensure a consistent, differentiated customer experience • Answer store associate product knowledge calls and coach associates using product knowledge and training materials • Make open quote customer calls and help manage a positive customer experience • Answer store associate configurator calls • Perform other duties as required by management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in myCD (Millwork Design System) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous customer service contact center experience or retail sales experience in millwork (doors/windows) • Consultative selling experience and ability to drive sales • 5+ years of design and retail, specialty retail, outside sales, or trade experience • Knowledge of door and window design and installation • Strong computer skills • Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision • High school diploma and/or GED • No previous leadership experience required • Certifications: None
