📋 Description

• Support technical aspects of interior projects from assessment through coordinated solutions and documentation. • Prepare detailed interior design documentation and specifications. • Develop deliverables including space planning, finish concepts, and FF&E. • Assist with oversight to ensure design intent and project milestones are met. • Create presentation materials communicating design concepts, options, and recommendations. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, project managers, designers, and project leadership. • Coordinate interior scope and resolve design challenges and requirements. • Support integrated project delivery and successful project outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent). • 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field. • Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Demonstrated ability to manage project components independently. • Experience with interior systems, materials, detailing, and coordination. • Ability to coordinate interiors with infrastructure and MEP systems. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the United States; Woolpert cannot provide visa sponsorship. • Interest in pursuing interior design licensure and/or relevant certifications.
