📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation • Ensure accuracy of measuring windows • Implement management policies and operating practices • Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work • Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm custom window orders • Communicate agreements between company and customer • Identify alternative courses of action and negotiate directly with customers to alter plan terms as appropriate • Analyze legal requirements related to licensing and permitting and obtain permits • Follow regulatory compliance regarding safety and health • Complete administrative tasks as needed • Assist in the warehouse to stage products for delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience • 1-3 years of window measurement experience • Professionalism is VERY important • Self-motivation and discipline • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • Resourceful problem solving abilities • Highly evolved customer service skills • Top notch customer service skills • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
