📋 Description

• Process escrow documents in accordance with established company policies and procedures and TDI regulations • Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate transactions • Manage funds and process related transaction details • Complete transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing related funds • Provide an incredible customer experience through informative, responsive, patient, and friendly interactions • Prioritize, multitask, maintain high accuracy and attention to detail, and focus on deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Escrow Officer experience, including high level curative resolution and supervising detailed disbursement practices • Current Texas, Florida & Colorado Escrow Officer license • Knowledge of legal documents with ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to closings • Software experience with Qualia and Slack strongly desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional communication skills with clients • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Deadline-driven • Ability to adapt to change • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
