📋 Description

• Partner with the Market General Manager and oversee all medical operations within the supported market • Provide medical leadership for diagnosis and documentation, Quality/Stars, and cost-of-care initiatives, including care management • Engage medical group and health system leaders to implement value-based care • Lead and direct the assigned Director, Nursing & Clinical Operations and/or Market Clinical Director • Serve as liaison among Honest, external partners, patients, and other stakeholders • Provide consultative oversight of chronic disease management, advanced care planning, quality measures, and evidence-based practices • Represent Honest at stakeholder, partner, operating committee, board, and coding/documentation meetings • Handle escalated clinical issues, including partner and patient complaints • Develop relationships with partner practices and primary care providers; review KPIs and engagement opportunities • Collaborate with Market General Manager, Market Operations Directors, other markets, and corporate teams • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and use data to identify market-level KPI opportunities • Develop local market relationships demonstrating Honest’s value to provider practices • Travel to market-based physician offices and healthcare facilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted MD or DO state license, including board certification valid in the state of residence and/or states where partner offices or healthcare facilities are located • Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical leadership role • Preferably past experience in value-based care in a rapidly growing environment • Strong comprehension of clinical standards of care and focus on patient quality of life • Extensive medical knowledge and experience, particularly geriatrics, chronic disease management, and palliative care • Proficiency coordinating and collaborating with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, build relationships, and foster a positive work environment • Reliable access to high-speed internet for remote work • Ability to arrange and consistently travel to various work sites • Valid driver’s license in state of residence and motor vehicle insurance
