📋 Description

• Report directly to the CFO • Determine business needs, find data, fix issues, and overcome blockers independently • Learn how HONK generates revenue through enterprise contracts, job volume, and its provider network • Answer ad-hoc questions from the CFO and sales leadership • Build reporting on pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle, and representative productivity using Looker and Snowflake • Own data flows from HubSpot and other go-to-market systems into Snowflake and BigQuery • Assess current transformations and establish a modeling layer using dbt or similar tools if needed • Build revenue and pipeline forecasts, lead and account scoring, and churn and expansion models • Support territory, quota, and pricing decisions with analysis • Extend reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance • Help create a unified revenue truth connecting CRM, billing, and the general ledger

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in data roles, with hands-on experience in both analytics and data engineering • Strong SQL and Python • Experience with Snowflake or another cloud warehouse • Experience with Looker or another BI tool • Experience working with HubSpot CRM data, or Salesforce data with willingness to learn HubSpot • Track record of working independently, such as being the first data hire, the only data team member, or building from scratch with limited direction • Comfort presenting to finance and company leaders • dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran, or reverse ETL experience is nice to have • Experience with forecasting and statistical modeling is nice to have • SalesOps, RevOps, or FP&A analytics experience at a marketplace, on-demand, logistics, or insurance company is nice to have • Comfort using AI tools in data work is nice to have
