📋 Description

• Review business processes, procedures, and data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Analyze real property and related business information from multiple data sources. • Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance. • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews. • Review data structures and information models to improve organization and accessibility. • Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management. • Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders. • Support data management, real property, and business process improvement activities. • Work with project teams and client stakeholders to review processes, analyze information, develop documentation, and identify improvements to business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field. • Experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement. • Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations. • Ability to meet applicable client access requirements. • Preferred: Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs. • Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications. • Preferred: Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations. • Preferred: Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards. • Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type and read from a computer screen, and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
