📋 Description

• Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs. • Foster strong relationships with agents and proactively address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications. • Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures. • Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews. • Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups. • Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. • Call Center, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred
