📋 Description

• Engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls, email, and digital channels • Partner with the agency network and third-party providers • Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products • Foster relationships with agents and address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications • Bind policies and maintain documentation, including approvals, payments, and signatures • Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews • Achieve production goals through client engagement and follow-ups • Use sales techniques to maintain close ratios and service levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Call Center, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred • Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST • Occasional Saturday availability, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. CST • Position may not be performed remotely from New York
