📋 Description

• Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions • Develop trust-based relationships, educating clients on owning life insurance products • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards • Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements • Work eight-hour shifts scheduled within Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m. CT business hours • Engage with current and prospective clients, primarily in the education field, to understand their goals and match them with life solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Active life license is required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment • 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably within insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments • Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets • Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model • Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently • Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
