📋 Description

• Execute investment reporting activities related to risk and compliance management of investment holdings • Serve as a primary contact for investment data requests and resolution of operational issues • Compile data for Board and Investment & Finance reporting, including bond and derivative spread monitoring • Review daily trade reports, unsettled trades, unrealized gain/loss reports, watchlists, public asset valuations, Bloomberg ratings, and other investment reports • Support monitoring of NAIC pronouncements and related investment requirements • Assist with private asset pricing and valuation activities • Coordinate documentation and communications related to investment subscription agreements • Provide operational and administrative support for alternative investments, commercial mortgage loans, derivatives, and other investment activities • Maintain and enhance front- and middle-office procedures to support SOX compliance, disaster recovery requirements, and continuous process improvement • Partner with investment managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely investment information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant investment operations or investment management experience may be considered in lieu of a business-related degree • 3–5 years of experience in operations, investment operations, or investment management • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
