📋 Description

• Provide consistent and high-quality support to children with autism and their families. • Manage caseloads of 8 to 10 families. • Work between 15 and 25 hours per week with billable hours reflecting actual work and growth of families. • Collaborate with parents and treat parent relationships as core clinical work. • Engage in weekly collaboration and clinical mentorship with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required • NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required • 1+ years of experience in ABA • Medicaid ID from New York State • Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
