📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to support new business acquisition, account retention, managed care conversions, and expansion of existing client relationships • Respond to client and broker inquiries by coordinating with internal departments and business partners • Investigate and resolve complex service-related issues and provide guidance on products, benefits, policies, and procedures • Support processing and administration of documentation for account prospecting, enrollment, changes, and terminations • Maintain accurate account records and group administration data • Coordinate implementation of new groups, renewals, and account conversions • Analyze cross-functional service issues and identify process improvement opportunities • Gather, verify, and validate information from members, brokers, and employer groups • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, and external partners • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in health insurance, life insurance and group benefits, customer • New Jersey State Health and Life Insurance License, or the ability to obtain the license within three (3) months of employment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking, or insurance-related systems • Proficiency with internet- and intranet-based applications • Knowledge of group health insurance products, managed care plans, and industry practices preferred • Familiarity with Horizon BCBSNJ products, services, and underwriting guidelines preferred • Experience supporting group health insurance products and managed care plans • Experience working with brokers, employer groups, or insurance account administration
