📋 Description

• Lead the Post-Acute Solution Consulting team • Oversee Solution Consultants responsible for sales support, product demonstrations, and demo environment management • Provide coaching, feedback, development opportunities, leadership, and strategic direction • Lead special projects including marketing research, whitepaper development, training, and seminars • Manage the master demo database and maintain and enhance demo setups showcasing the CareRecord • Provide technical and product support for sales teams • Present scripted and unscripted solution presentations at client, industry, or internal events • Coach others to articulate and promote Netsmart’s competitive advantages throughout the sales process • Contribute clinical and local workflow expertise to bid submissions and RFP responses • Share key RFP feedback with solution presenters • Coordinate resources to meet sales priorities and support bids, proposals, client presentations, and engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Post-acute healthcare experience is required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • At least 5 years of software pre-sales experience demonstrating solution feature and functionality OR at least 2 years of experience working in a Human Services or post-acute setting with knowledge of associated clinical and revenue cycle workflows OR at least 2 years of work experience with information systems, preferably in a clinical or financial healthcare setting • Direct or indirect people management responsibility including recruiting, feedback and performance management preferred • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Netsmart does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen • Up to 50% travel
