📋 Description

• Work across industry sectors with experienced consultants and subject matter experts to improve clients’ operational capabilities • Help structure and prepare client projects • Join key client interactions and generate senior management outputs • Contribute to engagements developing safety leadership and culture • Reduce operational risks and enhance safety and risk-management systems and capabilities • Deliver assessments • Design and deliver training and coaching programs • Develop operational risk-management systems • Facilitate workshops and provide technical advice to clients • Manage projects, including project planning, governance, and risk management • Apply and expand analytical and problem-solving skills across domestic and international client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment • Graduate from a top-tier university with a degree in a business-related major or engineering • Post-graduate qualification beneficial • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, and Access • Ideally, proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Willingness and ability to travel and work on client sites as required; travel of 70%+ is required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Self-starter, driven to produce improvement initiatives • Willingness to develop expertise across all aspects of clients’ operations
