📋 Description

• Manage and implement Sage Intacct implementations following the prescribed methodology • Analyze and document system and business requirements • Set up and configure Sage Intacct modules according to client requirements • Set up and configure third-party integration tools • Develop test scripts for client testing phases • Develop reports and dashboards in Sage Intacct • Train end-users on Sage Intacct functionality • Provide ongoing post-go-live technical support and manage support tickets • Build long-term client relationships and make process recommendations • Manage multiple client engagements, complex projects, deadlines, and budgets • Coordinate project tasks with sales and support teams • Provide written project status updates to internal teams and clients • Collaborate with developers to define client enhancement needs • Research and escalate complex software issues • Contribute templates, best-practice documentation, processes, and knowledge-base content • Recognize capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality, custom code, and ISV solutions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in ERP software consulting or implementation; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred • Strong accounting background and ability to discuss accounting concepts • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Impeccable customer service skills • High emotional intelligence • Strong organizational skills • Strong aptitude for ERP software products • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment with an expanding client base • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and standard collaboration tools, including OneNote and GoToMeeting • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing/PSA platforms is a plus • Hands-on Sage Intacct implementation experience, third-party integrations, and report/dashboard development are nice to have
