📋 Description

• Run diagnostics to determine the validity of reported errors • Handle complex major incident detection and situations • Provide guidance and coaching to other analysts and team members • Operate as a resource for incident detection in the Enterprise Command Center • Lead rapid response calls and outages and drive them to closure • Document all dialogue during rapid response calls • Provide guidance regarding documentation, interdependencies, and application details • Lead and communicate effectively during rapid response calls • Use instant messaging, email, and conferencing software to manage rapid response calls • Communicate regularly with all levels of leadership • Own or contribute to internal project initiatives • Tie multiple application incidents together when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling major incidents to resolution • 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow or similar tool within an enterprise setting (preferred) • Strong facilitation skills for major incident calls • Solid experience with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, CoPilot, Teams, etc.) • Strong Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation experience • Experience collaborating and communicating across multiple areas • Excellent communication skills, including large conference calls, phone, and instant messaging • Experience handling or participating in major incident calls • Strong problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills • Expertise leading major incident calls and driving teams toward resolution • Extreme attention to detail and strong oral and written communication • Strong accountability and willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects, and outcomes • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
