📋 Description

• Support and lead projects focused on EMS, fire service, healthcare financing, Medicaid reimbursement, and public-sector consulting • Manage client relationships and conduct research and analysis • Evaluate client programs and develop recommendations to improve operational effectiveness, financial sustainability, and program outcomes • Analyze federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and reimbursement methodologies • Assess industry best practices and provide technical assistance and strategic guidance to clients • Manage projects, staff, and assigned tasks with limited supervision • Facilitate client meetings, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and presentations • Delegate tasks and oversee project team work products • Manage day-to-day project activities, client communications, and deliverable development • Participate in business development, sales activities, relationship management, opportunity tracking, and conferences • Lead proposal development, including writing technical sections, coordinating contributors, reviewing content, and preparing submissions • Develop written reports, financial analyses, presentations, and other client-facing materials • Develop and review data analyses, financial models, and recommendations • Monitor emerging federal and state policy developments and evaluate impacts on client programs and operations • Provide project oversight, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred • Five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience • Experience in public-sector consulting, healthcare financing, Medicaid programs, EMS/fire services, reimbursement, financial analysis, or related fields preferred • Experience managing client-facing projects and developing technical deliverables preferred • Ability to understand service delivery systems administered by state and local governments and monitored by federal regulators • Ability to understand and develop expertise in complex federal and state regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and program requirements • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools • Ability to work with large datasets and produce accurate and defensible results • Ability to manage projects within established timelines and budgets • Excellent business writing skills and ability to present complex information to diverse audiences • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
