📋 Description

• Support Federal agencies with organizational assessment, workforce planning, organizational strategy, evidence-based decision-making, and data analytics and visualization • Evaluate client requirements and goals and contribute to strategies, solutions, and work products • Support skills assessment and competency modeling efforts • Evaluate, develop, implement, and enhance data collection, analytics, and visualization tools and processes • Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks • Design, develop, and deliver work products and deliverables • Support implementation of client-accepted recommendations • Prepare briefings, PowerPoint decks, memos, emails, reports, and other documentation • Maintain files on SharePoint/Teams and ensure version control and archiving of final work products • Participate in client meetings and briefings with key stakeholders • Manage timelines, schedules, and status reporting • Prepare monthly reports • Meet with clients, assess and evaluate client requests and needs, and identify, develop, and implement solutions • Provide project-team status updates and explain the value of implemented tools, products, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience • Experience with Federal agencies as a contractor or Federal employee • Experience working with data • 2+ years of I/O Psychology, human capital, or comparable-field consulting experience • Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience substituted for the advanced degree • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Experience creating written documentation for different stakeholders, including full-length reports, one-pagers, white papers, and summary documents • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues and clients • Strong general analytical skills • Experience evaluating, developing, implementing, and enhancing data collection, analytics, and visualization products and processes • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other data collection/analysis platforms • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Word and PowerPoint • Ability to apply for and receive a federal security clearance • Ability to travel to customer sites as required • US citizenship not required • Power BI experience preferred but not required; existing CBP clearance is a plus
