📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional programs supporting revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation • Coordinate go-to-market activity, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment from planning through launch • Own complex transformation programs end-to-end • Support AI commercialization initiatives and high-priority programs improving business performance • Drive execution of large, complex transformation initiatives, including prioritization, risk, dependency management, and escalation • Orchestrate planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs • Lead initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams, connecting activities to measurable business outcomes • Lead AI and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches • Drive alignment across sponsors, cross-functional teams, and partner functions • Facilitate internal and cross-functional go/no-go decisions at key phase transitions • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders and executive sponsors • Provide decision-ready updates and consistent reporting on outcomes, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics • Collaborate with executives and department heads to align commercial, AI, and transformation strategy with business objectives • Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to improve execution quality, productivity, and value realization • Perform hands-on project execution, including requirements gathering, detailed planning, and task tracking • Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience • 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation • Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously • Business transformation and change management expertise • Both business and technical project management experience • Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization • Experience with Project Management Tools • Experience with Microsoft Visio • Experience with Atlassian Solutions: Jira & Confluence • Experience with other CPM solutions • Skilled at prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and effective execution across multiple workstreams • Ability to independently own and lead large, ambiguous, high-stakes programs • Understanding of value realization and benefits tracking • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Growth and GTM acumen with a focus on driving revenue and adoption • Solutions-oriented, analytical, and evaluative approach to solving complex challenges • Passion for driving and implementing process improvements • Ability to influence without authority and align senior stakeholders • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated and results driven • Keen attention to detail and organization in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
