📋 Description

• Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect/OData, and platform events. • Write and maintain Apex unit tests and meet code coverage and quality requirements before deployment. • Debug and troubleshoot Salesforce components and code built by other developers, including AppExchange packages. • Manage sandbox deployments using version control and CI/CD tooling while following change control and release management processes. • Collaborate on data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom applications. • Support regression testing for Salesforce releases and platform upgrades. • Develop and enhance Sales Cloud, Salesforce Mobile App, and Experience Cloud. • Configure fields, objects, page layouts, workflows, and Flow automation. • Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security levels, hierarchy, and territory changes. • Review, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests. • Assist with legacy-system migration and Salesforce data imports. • Monitor integration exception logs and improve data quality, including duplicate merging and mass data updates. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, including folders and access. • Develop complex automation-driven reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests. • Document solutions, company processes, workflows, and field maps. • Create new processes and associated reporting. • Provide second-level Salesforce support for Service Desk incidents. • Train and mentor end users and Salesforce team members. • Communicate system features, enhancements, and changes to users. • Improve the end-user experience and promote platform adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components. • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II a plus. • In-depth knowledge of standard Salesforce capabilities and experience extending them through custom code or external-system integrations. • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations. • Experience with version control and CI/CD or release management tooling, such as Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado. • Experience debugging components and code built by other developers. • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, or CPQ Specialist certifications preferred. • Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred. • Results driven. • Detail oriented. • Strong presentation skills. • Able to multitask. • Flexible and adaptable. • Team player. • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
