📋 Description

• Own the analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance. • Lead, grow, and develop a team of 15+. • Serve as the primary analytics partner to Engine’s leadership. • Partner with Growth leadership to build the analytical foundation. • Equip the revenue organization with the insights it needs. • Partner with Finance to power revenue reporting and business performance. • Build and continuously improve a best-in-class analytics operating model. • Elevate the craft across the team and develop strong business partners. • Identify gaps in the underlying data and improve instrumentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business analytics, data analytics, or a related analytical function. • 5+ years managing analytics teams, including managing managers. • Demonstrated experience as a strategic analytics partner. • Strong ability to connect analytics work to revenue growth. • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets. • Experience building scalable analytics processes. • Deep familiarity with metrics that drive commercial performance. • Experience in a high-growth, product-led environment.
