📋 Description

• Own the People partnership for a defined client group from individual contributors through Senior Managers • Coach and advise managers on team health, performance, development, and day-to-day people decisions • Understand operational and financial goals and align People programs and processes accordingly • Run performance reviews, calibration preparation, compensation cycles, and organizational-health insights end to end • Handle employee relations, grievances, conflicts, difficult topics, and appropriate escalations • Consult on team structure and effectiveness and partner with the Senior People Business Partner on larger organizational changes • Interpret organizational-health data to identify root causes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable insights • Execute organizational and change initiatives independently or with People Business Partner leaders • Translate policy and compliance into everyday practice • Manage HiBob workforce planning and requisitions, headcount reconciliation, job description and Greenhouse support, onboarding, offboarding, transitions, and termination preparation • Provide backup coverage for a paired team • Communicate clearly and build trust across teams, including coaching managers through change

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–6 years in HRBP / People Partner roles with direct client-group support and hands-on manager coaching • At least 2 years supporting a Product Development organization or GTM / Revenue organization in a high-growth environment • Practical employee-relations experience through mid-management • Sound judgment on when to act and when to escalate • Strong organization and process discipline • Ability to own cyclical people processes end to end • Business acumen connecting People work to business objectives • Demonstrated ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes • Fluency with HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools such as HiBob, Greenhouse, and Looker or similar • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot in a rapidly changing environment
