📋 Description

• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives • Prospect strategically through centers of influence, referrals, and personal networks • Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments • Develop and deliver proposals using Howden’s consultative approach • Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists from proposal to renewal • Provide proactive year-round client advice as a trusted risk advocate • Partner with carriers to negotiate and place tailored coverage • Build Howden’s community presence through networking, events, and thought leadership • Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems • Keep current with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license (multi-state authority preferred) • 4+ years of success as a producer or advisor in any line of business (e.g., P&C, EB, Financial Lines, Specialty) • Proven ability to prospect, network, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships • Strong consultative communication skills—able to listen, question, and tailor solutions to client needs • Adept at navigating complex insurance placements and negotiations • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build your own portfolio inside a supportive global platform • Comfort using CRM systems, carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office • Team-oriented approach and willingness to partner across claims, service, and leadership
