📋 Description

• Govern and coordinate the entire testing process for an insurance migration project • Design tests and prepare test books • Coordinate validation sessions • Monitor the progress of testing activities and their results • Act as the point of contact between the business and project teams • Guide stakeholders through the various validation phases • Ensure the proper execution of testing activities • Analyze test results and coordinate defect management • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of proven experience as a Test Manager • Experience defining test strategies and preparing test designs and test books • Knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly Life Insurance • Ability to coordinate and guide business users throughout all testing phases • Experience planning, monitoring, and managing the progress of testing activities • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes • Ability to analyze test results and coordinate defect management • Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities • Excellent command of Italian (C1 level) • Good command of English (B2 level)
