📋 Description

• Establish interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners • Follow project plans and develop an understanding of business and information technology • Perform Quality Assurance testing and application function verification when appropriate • Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners • Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and HST vendors to obtain configuration information and coordinate and test interface installs • Identify improvements to streamline interface implementations • Manage and troubleshoot issues with live interfaces and escalate issues to the development team as needed • Document interface installation processes and process changes • Support QA efforts for interface products with product and development teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years’ work experience in information technology, computer systems, computer science or related field • Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts, including HL7, APIs, databases, client-server, querying software, and communications protocols • Some experience with SQL preferred • Experience with Mirth and/or other healthcare data engines a plus • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Ability to organize and manage workloads and backlogs in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service skills • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Able to work independently and as part of a tightly integrated team • Ability to generate clear documentation with attention to detail • Bachelor’s degree preferred with three or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment • Associate’s or Technical School degree with five or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment
