• Facilitating the Hoshin Kanri strategic planning and alignment process • Developing A3 charters with planning leaders and participants to enact initiatives • Utilizing Value Stream Mapping and Extended VSM for business process reorganization • Leading project management teams for future state VSM plans • Providing leadership and guidance to continuous improvement specialists • Serving as a Lean Trainer in all elements of the Hubbell Manufacturing System • Overseeing the analysis of processes and identifying areas for improvement • Leading change management for effective adoption of initiatives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior executives for support • Partnering with Plant Leadership to introduce HMS Performance Management program • Utilizing data and KPIs to evaluate success of improvement initiatives • Managing a portfolio of improvement projects aligned with organizational goals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Industrial/Manufacturing/Process engineering or related field is preferred • 15 – 20 years of relevant experience (required) • 10+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma role (required) • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role with strong management and leadership skills (required) • Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired • Experience in implementing continuous improvements and improvement systems • Proven time management skills: ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment • Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred
