• Responsible for the sales and promotion of Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems products through Distribution to end-users and specifying influences • Establishes consistent short and long-term sales plans • Analyzes growth opportunities and helps develop Territory-District short/long term strategies • Assumes leadership role in District and drives activities with peers • Improves Hubbell Specification position and embraces One Hubbell strategy • Provides VOC (Voice of Customer) input to product marketing regarding new product development • Has strong relationships with Channel Partners and becomes account lead for larger national/regional chains • Involved in design build and public bid commercial projects with key contractors
• Bachelor’s degree / 3-5+ years experience preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent • Prior sales and/or industry experience is preferred • Proficient computer skills including MS Office 365: Excel; PowerPoint; Word; TEAMS; OneDrive • SAP Concur Solutions • Experience w/ Salesforce.com preferred • Excellent presentation skills
