📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a Finance AI roadmap, including opportunity sizing, prioritization, and business case development • Lead end-to-end Finance process automation initiatives using AI agents, bots, and intelligent workflow tools • Automate high-volume transactional processes including invoice processing, contract lifecycle management, SOX testing, collections, accruals, and monthly close tasks • Conduct current-state process analysis and Gemba walkthroughs to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities • Gather, document, and validate business requirements; complete BRDs and facilitate scope definition for AI solution design • Lead cross-functional project planning, discovery, design, and implementation with AI Engineers, FinTech Integration Specialists, and RPA/Automation Specialists • Drive change management through communication plans, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption strategies • Establish KPIs and success metrics, measure ROI, and track time savings, accuracy improvements, compliance enhancements, and reductions in manual workloads • Lead AI enablement and adoption efforts across Finance through targeted training and resources • Identify risks and support Finance AI governance, including data governance, solution approval frameworks, controls, regulatory and SOX compliance, audit documentation, and mitigation strategies • Partner with Finance Systems, Business Systems Engineering, and Data teams to integrate AI automation with Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, FloQast, and other enterprise applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 6–10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, Finance operations, program management, or technology-enabled process improvement roles • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled or automation-focused implementations for Finance functions, including AI agents, ML-driven tools, RPA, or workflow automation platforms • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, particularly P2P, QTC, Accounting close, Payroll, and SOX • Proven track record driving large-scale transformation initiatives from inception through implementation and delivering measurable results and value creation • Strong project management skills, including cross-functional coordination, requirements documentation, roadmap planning, and managing dependencies and risks • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment across Finance and Technology teams, and manage change in complex environments • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes and process improvements • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies such as Workato Agentic AI, RPA, or AI tools embedded within Finance systems, including NetSuite, Anaplan, and Coupa (nice to have) • Knowledge of controls, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks for Finance technology implementations (nice to have)
