📋 Description

• Own the operating calendar for all GTM programs, including dependencies across product milestones, deployment timelines, and sales priorities • Execute day-to-day support for demand generation programs targeting high-value accounts • Manage content syndication and paid programs, including vendors, lead delivery and routing, list quality, and performance assessment • Maintain AI search visibility audit and monitoring cadence across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews • Coordinate case studies, deployment outcomes, and technical content with solutions delivery and engineers • Manage community and social activity across LinkedIn, Reddit, and practitioner forums • Maintain CRM campaign infrastructure and data hygiene, including campaign objects, UTMs, lead sources, lifecycle stages, and attribution • Coordinate funnel and pipeline activity across sales, marketing, and customer teams • Establish processes for intake, prioritization, approvals, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to manage many concurrent projects/programs across stakeholders who do not report to you • Demand generation and funnel management experience, with understanding of pipeline mechanics beyond top-of-funnel volume • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or equivalent acceptable) • Working fluency with the modern GTM stack, including marketing automation, ad platforms, and adjacent tooling • Strong command of Asana or comparable work management tooling • Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information, with judgment to escalate issues • Direct experience in mission-critical industries — utilities, energy, municipal and public sector, real estate, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, or defense • Mission alignment with climate, energy, and technology • Track record of high productivity • Remote, U.S.-based • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas • Heavy travel required for client meetings, company events, and industry conferences
