📋 Description

• Lead HubSpot's global Performance Partnerships strategy across affiliate marketing, AI-native discovery, nano/micro creator partnerships, forum growth, and emerging acquisition channels. • Scale affiliate and publisher ecosystems that drive efficient customer acquisition and ARR growth across key products and go-to-market motions. • Build AI-first partnership strategies that increase HubSpot visibility across LLMs, Reddit, review platforms, nano/micro creator ecosystems, and third-party recommendation surfaces. • Design and operationalize experimentation programs across affiliate models, nano/micro creator partnerships, indirect demand measurement, and emerging growth channels. • Own partner investment strategy, commission frameworks, attribution models, and portfolio optimization across a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team spanning affiliate partnerships, optimization, AI visibility initiatives, and forum growth programs. • Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media, Product, Product Marketing, Brand, Community, Finance, Analytics, and Growth teams to integrate partnership-led discovery into HubSpot's broader go-to-market strategy. • Develop reporting frameworks and executive-ready narratives that connect partnership activity to ARR growth, demand generation, and AI visibility outcomes. • Identify emerging discovery trends and translate ambiguous market signals into scalable growth opportunities. • Champion data-driven decision-making while balancing experimentation, operational rigor, and long-term strategic impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related go-to-market functions. • Experience building and scaling affiliate or partner ecosystems tied to measurable revenue outcomes. • Strong understanding of modern discovery behaviors, including AI search, Reddit, creators, review platforms, and emerging acquisition channels. • Experience managing significant marketing investments and optimizing toward revenue and efficiency metrics. • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous signals into scalable growth programs. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and external partners. • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and experimentation. • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing workflows and evolving discovery ecosystems.
