📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and continued education for highest-tier elite customers • Ensure seamless and successful implementation of Hudl products • Support key professional customers across North American hockey and volleyball markets • Act as a subject matter expert and level up users through Hudl Academies • Align Sales teams and customers on short- and long-term goals • Understand customer workflows and train customers for successful product adoption • Provide customer feedback to Product teams • Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education on customer insights and global training strategy • Assist with front-line volume and department initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Sportscode experience • Advanced product knowledge for training customers • Knowledge of software and hardware for complex camera and network installations • Ability to train customers and explain complex concepts in simple steps • Willingness to travel and visit customers monthly • Customer-facing experience in training or education roles (nice-to-have) • Experience working within a distributed team (nice-to-have)
