📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of PMIS solutions for federal-sector clients. • Engage client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and define project scope. • Configure PMIS platforms to align with client processes and requirements and integrate with existing systems. • Administer and maintain the eBuilder environment, including project setup, user provisioning, role/permissions management, and system configuration changes. • Design, configure, and maintain templates, dashboards, reports, mail merges, document workflows, and other eBuilder artifacts. • Liaise with project teams, including Task Leads, Document Control, and Procurement, to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and prioritize enhancements. • Provide system support and troubleshooting for users and clients post-implementation. • Develop training materials and deliver training, refresher, and onboarding sessions. • Review product release notes and enhancements, assess impacts on configurations, and implement updates or changes. • Manage report and folder subscriptions, user dashboards, and automated notifications. • Monitor project progress, assess risks, and report implementation milestones to stakeholders and management. • Stay updated on PMIS technology trends and best practices and provide recommendations to clients. • Collaborate with IT, project controls, and client management teams to ensure successful PMIS integration and use. • Contribute to continuous improvement of Procon’s PMIS services and offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management information systems (PMIS) implementation, preferably with tools like eBuilder, Unifier, Kahua, or similar. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices. • Technical proficiency in configuring and customizing PMIS solutions to meet client needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues during the implementation process. • Experience conducting training sessions and supporting user adoption of new systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Interested and qualified candidates must submit a cover letter and a resume.
