📋 Description

• Lead customers through the end-to-end implementation process from kickoff through admin systems training • Configure and customize Follow Up Boss to align with client business needs, workflows, team structure, permissions, lead flows, inboxes, and phone numbers • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and customer-facing communication • Facilitate data migrations, imports, and exports • Support integrations with customers’ third-party technology stacks, including IDX systems, Zillow, transaction management products, and lead sources • Diagnose and triage technical issues, escalating with context and coordinating with Support or Engineering • Gather and document client goals and feedback • Provide clear handoffs to Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives • Deliver admin-level training to administrators and power users • Create implementation documentation and onboarding resources • Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success • Share product feedback and implementation insights with internal teams • Help refine demo strategies and implementation playbooks • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support for seamless handoffs and feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting, ideally in CRM or customer-facing platforms • Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools • Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple concurrent client projects, timelines, status, and risks • Comfort with APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, data mapping, and basic data cleanup using CSV/Excel • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and calm, confident, non-defensive communication • Familiarity with Zapier, real estate tech platforms, and common real estate integrations is a bonus
