📋 Description

• Support successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of PreBorn!’s EMR platform across affiliated pregnancy clinics • Guide clinics through readiness assessment, workflow discovery, configuration, data preparation, testing, training coordination, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization • Serve as a bridge between PreBorn!, participating clinics, technology teams, and EMR vendors • Coordinate clinic EMR implementation workflows and system configuration • Support data migration, system readiness, testing, and quality assurance • Coordinate training and clinic adoption • Provide go-live and post-implementation support • Manage clinic relationships and collaborate cross-functionally • Partner with virtual care, clinical, operational, software development, technology, EMR product, training, client services, compliance, security, and vendor teams • Communicate recurring workflow challenges, user feedback, system gaps, and product improvement opportunities • Drive assigned clinic implementations from kickoff through successful adoption • Maintain timelines, milestones, responsibilities, risks, deliverables, configuration records, documentation, testing records, and implementation records • Identify root causes and drive practical solutions • Translate between technical teams, clinical users, and organizational leadership • Support clinics with differing workflows, resources, and technical maturity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, project management, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • 3+ years of experience supporting software, EMR/EHR, healthcare technology, SaaS implementation, or similar system implementations • Experience working directly with end users during technology implementation or adoption • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and competing priorities • Strong understanding of workflow analysis, process documentation, and change management • Ability to learn complex software systems quickly and translate technical concepts for nontechnical users • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams • Willingness and ability to travel to clinics as needed during implementation and go-live • Profess Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord • Agree with and support PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith • Maintain a 100% pro-life position • Participate in the prayer-centered culture of the ministry • Demonstrate PreBorn!’s core values • Preferred: Direct experience implementing an EMR or EHR system • Preferred: Experience working in outpatient healthcare, women's health, pregnancy clinics, telehealth, or similar clinical environments • Preferred: Experience with healthcare data migration and system configuration • Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare privacy, role-based access, and clinical data security principles • Preferred: Experience conducting user acceptance testing and supporting software go-lives • Preferred: Experience developing implementation documentation, workflows, and training resources • Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools and implementation methodologies • Preferred: Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed healthcare organizations
