📋 Description

• Lead the Enterprise Implementation Consultants team deploying Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud for large enterprise accounts • Manage team performance • Deliver results across team KPIs and organization-level OKRs • Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations for at-risk, high-ACV accounts • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and protect renewal and expansion opportunities • Coach consultants through complex, multi-site technical implementations, including hardware deployment logistics and system/API integrations • Identify and implement process improvements, systems efficiency gains, and increased automation through data • Lead from the front and contribute hands-on • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally and across new offices • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing a services team, including experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments • Experience implementing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts or account management programs • SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementation experience preferred • Strong work ethic, prioritization, and high emotional intelligence • Experience managing escalations and executive stakeholder relationships on complex, high-value accounts • Experience with a customer success CRM such as Gainsight and/or PSA tool • Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills • Comfort in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards • Project/program management experience; PMP or similar a plus • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location, if applicable
