📋 Description

• Support clients’ 401(k) plans through compliance testing, annual IRS filings, and plan-design consulting • Prepare and review ADP/ACP, Deductibility, Top Heavy, 401(a)(4), 402(g), 410(b), and 415 compliance testing • Review and interpret plan documents and advise clients on recommended plan designs • Prepare plan document amendments and notices • Review QDROs • Calculate annual contributions, including new comparability • Review, prepare, and ensure timely filing of Forms 5500, 5330, and 8955-SSA • Assist Relationship Managers with compliance questions, problem-solving, and issue resolution • Assist auditors as needed • Maintain current knowledge of ERISA legislation and proposed legislative changes • Collaborate with onboarding, Customer Support, Relationship Managers, and internal operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive retirement plan experience • At least 1 year of experience with compliance testing, annual IRS reporting requirements, comprehensive plan-document knowledge, and Form 5500 filings • Knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations • Ability to research solutions and interpret technical literature • Excellent spreadsheet knowledge • Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and partnership skills, including explaining complex issues to all organizational levels • Self-starter motivated to suggest and implement process improvements • Ability to work toward an industry designation within the first 12 months, such as ASPPA or NIPA
