📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support to key payroll partners as a relationship manager • Employ proactive and reactive measures to provide a "white glove" partner experience • Serve as the primary Human Interest contact for payroll and CPA partners • Provide reactive support and handle escalations • Liaise between internal teams to develop and implement solutions • Communicate resolutions effectively to partners • Develop, propose, and implement solutions tailored to partner needs to increase retention and satisfaction • Maintain and further develop partner support teams' standard operating procedures documentation • Communicate blockers or potential risks to leadership to mitigate reputational risks • Share wins and work progress with leadership to demonstrate impact and help shape future initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a Partnership, Sales, and/or business development environment • 3+ years of experience with innovative strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services, and SAAS products • Demonstrated capacity to anticipate partner needs, identify challenges proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment • Experience developing and leveraging strategic insights to foster and/or improve business relationships • Ability to translate complex business problems into easy-to-understand concepts for external stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills using Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and/or equivalent Microsoft products • Experience facilitating meetings, handling external partner escalations, and conducting proactive service outreach • Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, to forecast sales and draw insights from service performance metrics • Strong understanding of the Human Interest partner process, demands, and needs for continued success
