📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administration of clients’ 401(k) plans • Manage manual trades and trade funding, corporate actions and plan asset maintenance, distributions and reversals, source corrections, and NAV monitoring • Execute and reconcile securities trades, corporate actions, distributions, cash, and fund transactions • Review and reconcile participant account data and Human Interest operating, custodial, and suspense accounts • Post corrections to maintain recordkeeping ledger accuracy • Resolve complex undocumented edge cases and critical escalations • Update Standard Operating Procedures based on resolved cases • Provide advanced transactional assistance to other Operations teams during high-volume periods and priority business needs • Contribute to team improvement initiatives and scalable cross-functional solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to trace complex 401(k) transactions and asset movements through the entire recordkeeping lifecycle • 2–3 years of experience within 401(k) operations • High-efficiency output in a fast-paced environment • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality standards • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools • Demonstrated success overcoming complex challenges • Ability to plan ahead and consistently meet performance goals • Strong aptitude for identifying and communicating process improvements • Deep understanding of Human Interest’s recordkeeping product • Strong demonstration of Human Interest’s Operating Principles • Consistent history as a top performer in a current Human Interest role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (nice to have) • ASPPA QKA Certification or equivalent (nice to have) • Power-user status in Microsoft Excel or basic SQL (nice to have)
