📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 4 Senior Compliance Professionals aligned with Health Plan carriers • Develop strategy and provide ongoing oversight and monitoring of agent and agency sales • Oversee reviews of agent/agency sales and allegations and determine corrective action • Collaborate with Senior Sales leaders, carriers/payors, agency partners, agents, and other Enterprise business partners • Provide consultation and guidance to contracted sales partners • Research compliance issues and recommend changes to ensure compliance with contract obligations • Maintain relationships with Health Plan carriers • Coordinate carrier compliance implementations as needed • Oversee issue resolution, mitigation, and remediation • Support creation of a robust monitoring program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of work experience with Medicare Advantage • 5+ years of management experience leading and developing a team of direct reports • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence effectively • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
