📋 Description

• Develop and steward data infrastructure and architecture for strategic reporting applications and Control Tower dashboards for Insurance Operations • Own data products and ensure innovative, secure, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise goals • Build business intelligence processes for data consumption and business decision-making • Derive insights and provide recommendations to business units within Insurance Operations • Partner with IT, Product, cross-functional organizations, vendors, and stakeholders on BI process applications and initiatives • Optimize enterprise business intelligence tools • Research new technologies and develop business cases for BI solutions • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for data infrastructure and platform modernization • Set and track a 12–24 month roadmap • Lead a team of approximately 4–5 Business Intelligence Engineers • Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve team performance, data infrastructure, and data products • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for associates • Own Clinical Data Strategy for Quality and Cost Analytics use-case execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years experience coding in Python, SQL, R or similar programming language • 5+ years experience with Healthcare Domain • Strong Power Platform experience • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise data platforms, architectures, and pipelines at scale • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strategic thinking and demonstrated business acumen • Results-oriented, accountable, and committed to operational excellence • Must meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
