📋 Description

• Lead an organization focused on improving members' health outcomes through optimized medication use • Develop and execute pharmacy clinical program trend initiatives • Apply business acumen and clinical knowledge to pharmacy program strategy • Optimize resources by building a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration • Develop, implement, and optimize strategies and programs to reduce pharmacy cost trend • Improve health outcomes and member experience • Lead an organization of approximately six associates • Collaborate across direct-report and matrixed functions • Attend occasional Humana office travel for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy • Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state you reside • Previous experience in pharmacy clinical program trend • Ability to give direction and make sound decisions • Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) • MBA, pharmacoeconomics or health outcomes training • Previous experience in health outcomes research • Previous direct leadership experience effectively coaching, developing and leading, including direct-reports and matrixed functions • 5 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management • Understanding of managed care and ability to generate insights into the business • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
